901 Strada Vecchia Update: Hadid Sentencing Hearing Postponed to mid-July

The Sentencing Hearing for Mohamed Hadid has been postponed and will  NOT take place on Tuesday, June 27th.  The new Sentencing Hearing will most likely be set sometime during the week of July 10th.  

The BAA will advise as soon as the new Sentencing Hearing date and time is set.  

The BAA encourages community members to attend this very important hearing.

Notification by the Court Clerk in Dept 113 indicated that due to Judge Harmon’s engagement in trial, he will not conduct the Sentencing Hearing for Defendant Mohamed Hadid, currently scheduled for next Tuesday, June 27, 2017.  Judge Harmon has requested Prosecution and Defense Counsel to agree on a subsequent date to continue the matter.
