Revised Party House Ordinance scheduled to go before Planning and Land Use Management Committee (PLUM) on February 6, 2018

UPDATE:  After PLUM recommended an additional administrative fine of $8,000 for violations to be added to the Party House Ordinance and the subsequent revision by the City Attorney’s office, the Public Safety Committee approved the revised Ordinance draft on January 24, 2018, and the draft now heads back to Planning and Land Use Management Committee (PLUM) and is expected to be on their February 6, 2018 agenda.
