IPAWS, which is the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System, will conduct a nation-wide test of the Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) and the Emergency Alert System (EAS) on Thursday 9/20/18 at 11:18AM PDT & 11:20AM PDT, respectively. Do not be alarmed and please tell a friend.
