Arsonist captured setting fires in the Sepulveda Pass Sunday

A homeless man was caught setting several fires in the Sepulveda Pass Easter Sunday. A Good Samaritan, who was driving home from church services with his family, acted quickly and managed to restrain the man until LAPD arrived.  Those with the Citizen app on their smartphones were alerted to this incident.

For all of us in the hillsides, please be vigilant and, as LAPD stresses, “If you SEE something, SAY something.”
