Community Concerns and Helpful Suggestions

1. Fire Prevention - Please call us with concerns about brush clearance. For more information about brush clearance requirements click here.  Additionally, smoking in the hillsides is prohibited, if you see construction or gardening crew smoking, please let us know.  

2. Street Signs/Lights Obstructed - Members of our community have expressed that many street signs and lights are blocked by vegetation. If you have city lights or roadway signs on your property, we would all appreciate it if you could please make sure these are completely visible.

3. Trash Bins in Street (Minimal Time on Street Please!) - Many of our streets are narrow and blind curves are throughout Bel-Air making trash pickup tricky. It is in everyone’s best interest if we all put out our trash bins in the evening before or early morning of collection day and then retrieved later that afternoon or evening. (The city rule requires removal within 24 hours.)
