KEEPING UP WITH THE BAA- WEEKLY UPDATES

• Monitored Construction Violations:

  • Sarbonne Road - construction beginning before 8:00am reported to Building & Safety. Parking violations reported to Parking Enforcement. 

  • Linda Flora - Reported street use violations to the City, the case has been forwarded to City Attorney's Office for review.

• The community raised enough funds to continue the camera installation project. The project continues to progress and will be completed in the upcoming weeks. 

• Submitted FireWise application to become a FireWise Community which will help with fire insurance

• Working with MySafeLA on CPR & First Aid Certification Classes for our BAA members

• Contacted DOT about the parking issues at Stone Canyon and Capello Way. DOT is investigating.

• Held a zoom meeting with Linda Flora, Orum & Upper Chalon residents to discuss the recent parties and "project lockdown" security camera project. 

• City Reports:

  • Reported broken lamp posts on Perguia & Bellagio

    • If you see of any damaged light posts, please email the address to christina@belairassociation.org. 

  • Reported potholes along Sunset.

• Continue to work with DWP to upgrade cell phone towers and infrastructure throughout our community.
