Community takes action against Niami development

This past November, hundreds of Bel-Air residents lost their phone, internet, and even security service.   For many, that service would not return for over a month.   The likely culprit?   The construction of a concrete wall at 301 Copa De Oro, which Los Angeles Building & Safety would later issue a violation for no permits being issued for the wall. Because of this, a court action has been filed against the developer and Frontier.

Will keep you updated.
