Real Estate News:  Developers Gabaee and Hadid in the News

There were a couple of news updates on familiar Bel-Air developers, Arman Gabaee and Mohamed Hadid:

• The developer of 360 Stone Canyon Road, Arman Gabaee, is sentenced to four years in prison for bribing a L.A. County official.

• Yet another megamansion owned by developer Mohamed Hadid evades dismantling by receiving emergency funding from bankruptcy court.  This recent Hadid woe sounds familiar with Bel-Air residents who recall Hadid's 901 Strada Vecchia development that a judge deemed a “danger to the public” and ordered the structure demolished and the property’s hillside re-stabilized.
