LA City Attorney takes ACTION:  City of LA Files Lawsuit Against Rogue Short-term Rental Company The Nightfall Group

The Los Angeles City Attorney has filed a lawsuit against the short-term rental company, doing business under the name of The Nightfall Group, citing it violates city law and creates a public nuisance.  City Attorney, Hydee Feldstein Soto sued the Nightfall Group and it’s owner alleging that police has been called over 250 times in the past two years in just the Hollywood area alone.
