Bel-Air Won’t Be Ignored: Complaint Filed Against Metro PLUS Two Major LA Metro Rail Projects Denied Funding by CA Transit Agency

A complaint was filed Tuesday against Metro for failure to fulfill its legal responsibilities to make its records promptly available for public review. Bel-Air seeks records necessary to understand Metro’s analysis of, and the information it used to estimate the cost for Metro’s proposed Sepulveda Transit Corridor Project that includes Metro’s proposal to tunnel below Bel-Air.
