Residents successful in securing a Temporary Restraining Order against Jeffrey Yohai; housing activists and hotel workers protest at party house site

Residents were granted Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against Jeffrey Yohai and the operation of his habitual party house at 779 Stradella Road.  

The action occurred after Yohai violated a Stipulation Agreement that was prepared in front of a Judge and filed with the Court.  On Saturday, JeffreyYohai chose to rent the house again and violating conditions set forth in the Stipulation Agreement.  On Tuesday, Jeffrey Yohai was in Court again where the Judge granted the TRO.  

Surprisingly, housing activists and hotel workers protested in front of 779 Stradella Drive on Tuesday.
