TRAFFIC ALERT: Fallen Trees at Bellagio and Stone Canyon Roads — another tree at 200 block of Bel-Air Road

Late Friday afternoon, a Stone Pine tree that was planted in the 1920s fell blocking the intersection of Stone Canyon Road and Bellagio Road.  People were advised to use the West Gate to gain access to Stone Canyon and portions of Bellagio Road.  City services stated the tree should be cleared on Saturday.

As of tonight, some clearing has been achieved and there is limited access to Bellagio Road and Stone Canyon by navigating around the island located in that intersection.

There is another fallen tree up Bel-Air Road - at the 200 block of Bel-Air Road (previous BAA notice erroneously stated 900 block).  The upper Bel-Air area is accessible but caution should be used driving in that area.
