BAA’s Appeal on multiple kitchens receives unanimous support by the West Los Angeles Planning Commission

On Wednesday night, the West Los Angeles Planning Commission unanimously upheld the BAA’s appeal of the Zoning Administrator’s determination that allowed an excessive number of kitchens in a single family dwelling for projects on Tortuoso Way.   The BAA’s Appeal was generated out of the concern that many of these massive, speculatively-built developments could function as event facilities, or multi-family living units that are against zoning codes for single family residential areas.

The BAA would like to thank those community members who spoke on behalf of the Appeal, as well as Councilmember Koretz, who sent CD5’s Field Deputy, Jack Sripoona to address the Commissioners.
