Planning and Land Use: Upcoming Hearings on February 1, 2018

10:00 AM is for 865 Stradella Road (part of 911 Tione Road compound).  Requested entitlement is pursuant to LAMC 12.28 a new tennis court constructed on existing deck with court surface over 6 feet above natural grade located approximately 11 feet from the side property lines in lieu of LAMC 12.21C4.  Click here to link to Department of City Planning file.

10:30 AM is for 10830 West Chalon Road.  This is an appeal to the Director of Planning from the issuance of permits by the Department of Building and Safety.  An Appeal to the Director of Planning of the entire determination made by the Department of Building and Safety in the issuance of demolition, building, grading, shoring, retaining wall, and pool/spa permits associated with property located at 10830 W.
