Power outage in Bel-Air affecting 389 customers -- LADWP estimates restoration around 2:00 AM

There is a power outage in affecting parts of Bel-Air, including West Chalon, Roscomare (900 block) up to Linda Flora.  The cause has not been explained by LADWP but it is estimated to be restored by 2:00 AM.
