The Annual Meeting of the members of the Bel-Air Association will be held Tuesday, March 20, 2018, commencing at 5:30 PM at the Bel-Air Country Club, 10768 Bellagio Road, Los Angeles, CA  90077.  

The meeting notice, ballots, proxy ballots, and candidate biographies are in the mail.

This Annual Meeting of the Members of the Bel-Air Association (the “Association”) is being called pursuant to Article 7, Section 7.1 and 7.3 of the Association’s Bylaws (as posted on the Association’s website, located at www.belairassociation.org) or click here.  

The Agenda will include the election of nine members to serve as directors (and to succeed any existing directors of the Association, with terms to become effective at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.  Any Association member shall be eligible to run at the Annual Meeting as a candidate for such a directorship, as provided in the Association’s Bylaws.  

There will be a member question and answer session following the election.
