The Agenda will include the election of nine members to serve as directors, and to succeed any existing directors of the Association, with terms to become effective at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting.  Any Association member shall be eligible to run at the Annual Meeting as a candidate for such a directorship, as provided in the Association’s Bylaws.
