LAPD shuts down realtor's mega mansion "Open House" on Bel-Air Road

Bel-Air Road residents were left trapped when an "Open House" for newly-reduced in price 924 Bel-Air Road caused grave and serious traffic blockage on Bel-Air Road.  Real estate agents, Rayni and Branden Williams, who ran the ill-planned Open House, stated the event drew more than 1,000 guests.

Hilton & Hyland realtor, Branden Williams, is not new to angering residents.  He has been reported to use questionable tactics with regard to a petition to repeal the Beverly Hills Basement Ordinance.
