Alert Bel-Air resident spots smoke, LAFD responds to find homeless man cooking in canyon

In a report from Bel-Air Hills Association, on Thursday, May 17th, an alert Bel-Air resident reported smoke in the hillside to LAFD.  LAFD found the source was from a cooking fire of a homeless man living in the canyon side of the hill from Hamner/Nalin and down Roscomare.  LAFD gave the man a stern talking to and reportedly called LAPD.
