901 Strada Vecchia Update: Mohamed Hadid no longer in charge of 901 Strada Vecchia

Mohamed Hadid and 901 Strada Vecchia had a busy week in the courts:  On Tuesday, December 17, 2019, the bankruptcy court dismissed Hadid’s 901 Strada Vecchia bankruptcy filing as a ploy to delay mansion demolition.  

On Friday, December 20, 2019, developer Mohamed Hadid is no longer in charge of 901 Strada Vecchia and a court-appointed receiver, Douglas Wilson, is now in charge and he reports directly to Judge Craig D. Karlan.  

Civil trial is set for March 17, 2020.
