Moratorium on the use of anticoagulant rodenticides signed by Governor Newsom

On September 29, 2020, AB 1788, the bill that places a moratorium on the use of second generation anticoagulant rodenticides, was signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom during a Virtual Signing Ceremony. CLAW attended the special event with fellow environmental advocates throughout the state and enjoyed comments from the Governor, CA legislators, and CA EPA leadership.
