11-23-2020/2300 Hrs. Burglary 400 Block Denslow Female transient entered construction yard and took power drill from location. Suspect used the drill to vandalize neighbors door. Suspect was arrested and booked for 459 PC Burglary
11-21-2020/1830 Hrs. Burglary 1400 Block Kelton Ave Male transient forced entry into vacant apartment. Turned on water, caused damage to location and was arrested for 459 PC Burglary
11-21-2020/ 1120-1130 Hrs Burglary 10500 Block Vestone Way Unk suspect entered vict’s vacant home without permission and changed the door locks. Related to Theft by Trickery incident below.
11-17-2020/ 0405 Hrs. Burglary 1600 Block Greenfield Ave. Unk suspect pryed open front door of apt complex and took vict’s walking cane from common mailbox area.

11-19-2020/2300Hrs.-11-20-2020/0700 10600 block Holman Ave Vict vehicle unlocked door in unsecured apt parking area. Unk property taken.
11-19-2020/0220 Hrs. TFMV 10600 Block Holman Ave. Suspect entered underground garage with key. Suspect entered vict’s vehicle and took jewelry and toiletries. Suspect described as a male wht or hisp approx. 511, 185 lbs. dark sweater light colored shorts, light colored shoes, dark baseball cap, with a dark gym bag.
11-20-2020/1930-11-21-2020/0235 BFMV 400 Block Landfair Suspects entered parking garage to location. Male suspect smashed rear window of vehicle removed a garage door opener and fled location. Female suspect stood by as lookout.
11-22-2020/1730-11-23-2020/ 0530 Hrs. BFMV 1600 Block Bentley Ave. Unk suspect(s) entered apt garage smashed victim’s window and fled with card holder containing drivers license and credit cards.
Package Theft:
11-23-2020/1000-1115 Hrs. Package theft 1700 block N. Beverly Glen Unk suspect took vitamin supplements in box from street side mailbox.

11-21-2020/2030- 11-22-2020/1200Hrs. 10900 Block Wellworth Unk suspect entered location and removed money from vict’s wallet. No suspect description
11-21-2020/ 0200 Hrs. Petty Theft 1400 Block Midvale Ave. Family member remove victims RING camera from doorway and fled location
11-21-2020/1230 Hrs. Theft by Trickery 10500 Block Vestone Way Property owner has house sale. Subjects located in the residence during the investigation stated they used an online platform to rent the location and paid ($30,000.00) for a three month rental. Owner did not rent or lease the property via an online platform. Suspect not located.
11-22-2020/ 1255 Hrs. Petty Theft 10300 Holman Suspect walked into rear yard and took security camera. Suspect identified by wits as another neighbor.
• Please remember to lock your car and do not leave anything of value in plain sight.
• Account and secure any extra keys for vehicle.
• If you tandem park your vehicles do not leave the extra keys in cars. If they break into one car they will take both cars.
• Package thefts are on the rise with the holidays approaching. Utilize Amazon, UPS, DHL drop or pickup locations, or have neighbors take in or accept packages for you.
• If you sell or buy items on any kind of platform and do not know the person, request that they meet you in a public place or meet them at the local police station.
• Remember if you have rental or vacant property, please check up on the locations frequently to avoid squatters and or to avoid suspects from renting or leasing to unk people.
I apologize for any delays in returning emails or phone calls, I am currently assigned working patrol as a Field Training Officer with a probationary officer and completing my duties as your Senior Lead Officer from Nov 22 to Dec 19. My hours are from 1545 Hrs to 0145 Hrs. Monday thru Thursday. I will be out of the office until Monday Nov. 30.
