WSJ reports developer Nile Niami loses ownership of his Beverly Hills “Opus” property to his lender

WALL STREET JOURNAL reports the developer of the 100,000 square foot “The One” that is for sale for $500 million in Bel-Air, has lost his Beverly Hills “Opus” property to his lender.  

Mr. Niami is known to own additional properties in Bel-Air at Bellagio Road and Carcassonne Road.
