Rap video turns violent

A property on the 1000 block of Chantilly Road has quickly become notorious for the loud parties that spill onto the street, disrupting traffic, neighbors, and well-being of residents.

Most recently a rap video was allegedly being filmed at the location along with droves of friends and fans.

At approximately 10:30 PM on March 12th, a neighbor was allegedly assaulted by three young men from the film shoot. Film LA, who is the permitting organization for all filming activities, claims that no permits were issued.

Oddly, the assailants recorded the violent attack and posted it online, along with many other pictures and videos from the evening.

The victim has encouraged the BAA to inform the community of the growing safety issues, and we are currently organizing the surrounding neighbors to explore legal action. The victim is also seeking prosecution and legal remedies against the assailants and the property owners.
