• Richly diverse San Fernando Valley

• San Gabriel Valley's heavily Asian and Latino communities

• Southeast Latino & Black cities including Paramount, Compton, South Gate 

• Key targets north and south: Contra Costa County; Alameda County; Central Orange County; all beach cities
