LAPD Update: Crime Statistics for Bel-Air (Area 8A29 - Senior Lead Officer Pete Ojeda)
LAPD’s West LA Station has provided West Los Angeles current crime statistics with comparisons from 2019 and 2020, as well as “West Los Angeles Basic Car” crime maps for community perusal.
Again, grand theft auto is on the rise where nearly all incidents involved car owners leaving their key FOBs in the car.
There has been three homicides so far this year, where there was only one homicide in 2019.
