Two problematic properties in Bel-Air that were in the news this past week. Mohamed Hadid’s 901 Strada Vecchia has been sold at public auction for $5 million and is expected to be demolished in nine months.

Nile Niami’s 944 Airle Way property is in Receivership and plans are in place to auction the property in February. Nile Niami tries a desperate scheme to sell the property touting it as an event facility; a contrivance that is illegal and against zoning laws for residential areas.
