Armed Robbery & the Need for Updated Security

Armed Robbery & the Need for Updated Security

This past week a resident was followed home and robbed at gunpoint in their own driveway. Thankfully, no one was seriously harmed. However, this violent crime along with the increase in squatters, break-ins, vehicle and mail theft in the neighborhood has proven the need for increased community security.

The Bel-Air Association has decided to review and expand  its security arrangements and capabilities. Over the next 30 – 60 days, we will be seeking estimates to update and replace existing equipment with more modern and sophisticated technology to meet our community's needs.

Once cost and capabilities are understood, we will begin outreach to the community to discuss plans to better secure Bel-Air.

Stay safe and be well.
