Sepulveda Transit Corridor Project: Article highlights neighborhood frustration at Metro's process

The Beverly Hills Courier ran a story highlighting the frustration of neighborhoods at the process with the public-private partnership model known as PDA.

Metro’s Board will vote on March 25th to vote on whether or not to ender into PDAs with Skyrail and Bechtel, giving only a month to receive public comment — less if one considers that comments must be in a at least 10 days earlier than that to get notice.
