If you are a stakeholder* aged 14 and over wishing to vote in the Bel Air-Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council Election, you must request a neighborhood council ballot.
Ballots will be mailed to you by request only.
Each stakeholder is entitled to receive a ballot.
Please note:
Even if you are a registered voter, you must request a neighborhood council ballot to vote in the election.
You may request a ballot whether or not you are a registered voter.
Eligibility for general voter registration is not required for voting in a neighborhood council election.
Ballots may be requested between April 9 and June 1 in the following ways:
Online through the Clerk’s application portal. To use the application portal, you will be prompted to set up an account on the site.
By mailing in, emailing or faxing the application, which can be downloaded on the site.
