Metro provided a brief update on the 405 Sepulveda Pass ExpressLanes project which is evaluating alternatives to convert the existing high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes to high-occupancy toll (HOT) lanes, also called ExpressLanes, along the I-405 between I-10 and US-101. This project will soon be kicking off its own separate environmental clearance process with public scoping meetings anticipated this summer.
