The Bel-Air Association wishes all its members a safe and healthy 4th of July and to remind everyone that fireworks are illegal in Los Angeles. Bel-Air is a Very High Fire Hazard Severity Zone (VHFHSZ). Fireworks observed within the hillsides is a 911 call.
