901 Strada Vecchia & Law Firm files complaint on Breach of Contract

Mohamed Hadid and his 901 Strada Vecchia’s dismantling is now underway as many community members recall his notorious quote, “This house will last forever. Bel-Air will fall before this will.” That prophecy apparently will not come to fruition.

Further legal woes for Hadid as law firm Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP filed a complaint accusing Mohamed Hadid of breach of contract in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Bin Ladan Bel-Air Mansion Just Won’t Sell

Osama Bin Laden’s brother, Ibrahim Bin Laden, cut a whopping $2 million dollars off the price of his long time Bel-Air mansion. Weeds have overtaken the property, which was boarded up and abandoned by Ibrahim shortly after the 9/11 attacks.
