Mark your calendars: December 15th's Public Hearing for Bel-Air Overlay by the Dept of City Planning

The Los Angeles Department of City Planning has sent notices to Bel-Air residents to announce it will hold a Public Hearing regarding the adoption of a new Supplemental Use District (SUD) and the adoption of this SUD to the Bel-Air neighborhood on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at the Van Nuys City Hall Council Chamber, 2nd floor, 14410 Sylvan Street, Van Nuys, CA 91401.
