BAA Officers Meet with CD5's New Senior Planning Deputy

On April 12, 2016, BAA officers and members of the Bel-Air/Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council met with Mr. Faisal Alserri, the newly-appointed Senior Planning Deputy for Council District 5, to discuss development and safety issues facing the Bel-Air community and the neighboring hillside areas of Los Angeles. After the meeting, Faisal Alserri took a brief drive to tour a few Bel-Air construction sites and to experience the challenging road conditions residents encounter in our community.

As Senior Planning Deputy for Councilman Paul Koretz, Faisal Alserri is responsible for planning, land use and development issues in the Westside portion of the district. He is a council office liaison to the Planning Department and monitors the Planning & Land Use Management Committee for the Councilman.
