If you wish to be a candidate for an elected seat, the filing period is now open and will continue to be open until January 10, 2023 at 11:59 p.m.

The seats being filled at this upcoming City administered election are: 

  • Commercial or Office Enterprise Districts – 1 seat

  • At-Large Community Interest Stakeholder – 1 seat

  • Public Educational Institutions – 1 seat

  • At-Large Traditional Stakeholder – 2 seats

  • At-Large Youth Representative – 1 seat

  • Residential District Representatives

    • Bel-Air Glen (1 seat)

    • Franklin Canyon (1 seat)

    • North of Sunset (3 seats)

Participation generally is open to those who live, work, or own property or a business within the NC’s boundaries, as well as to “community interest” stakeholders such as members of faith-based institutions, local students (or parents of students), or members of local service organizations.

Candidates and voters need not be US citizens or legal residents to qualify. Participation is also open to the formerly incarcerated. 

In person voting will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2023 at Harvard-Westlake School at 700 N. Faring Road, Los Angeles 90077 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Mail-in ballots will be sent upon request ONLY, and must be requested between January 25, 2023 and March 7, 2023.
