Lawsuit Woes for 10710 Chalon: Investors Sue Developer

Elite Investment Management Group LLC is being sued by Jacob Wizman and his group, 932 Irolo, for breach of contract.

Many residents have complained over the past eight years of this pigsty of a construction site — with its stacks of garbage and building materials out on the street — prompting the Bel-Air Association to have the site cited many times.

The construction site is closed and a Notice of Foreclosure Sale (CA Civil Code Section 2924.8) is posted on the gate.  Another posted claims that the sale of the property will be conducted on 09/06/2023 at 11:00 AM in Pomona.
