Reporting Saturday Construction

Saturday outdoor construction is NOT permitted in Bel-Air. LADBS has a Saturday Hillside Construction Regulation (HCR) compliance inspector that can be reached in real time on Saturdays.  When you observe outdoor construction on a Saturday make a report to Report a Permitted Construction/Demolition Hours Violation | LADBS .  You can even include a picture.  Try to email them as early as possible on Saturday when you see the violation.  The inspector in the field will be notified and can inspect.  They have to see the violation in person so making the online report is critical.
