Party Houses: Gross Insufficiency of Home-sharing Complaint Line

The Bel-Air/Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council ad hoc Home Sharing Committee conducted an investigation on the City’s home-sharing complaint line, the resource that the Department of City Planning instructs impacted neighbors to use to lodge complaints about home-sharing violations. The committee discovered gross insufficiency in the reporting process and a letter was sent to Vince Bertoni, Director of City Planning, to draw his department’s attention to the issues.
