To the residents of Bel Air who are not members of the BAA:

The $500 annual dues, $41.00 per month, covers office expenses, staffing, counsel, emergency preparedness equipment such as walkie talkies, community events, and supplies for us to advocate for the community.  

The work of the Association is mostly handled by the Board and volunteers, but we need maximum resident participation to be effective, especially in dealings with City agencies, who respond to evidence of community support.
