Notorious Bel-Air party house owner, Jeffrey Yohai, sentenced to 9 years for scams and fraud

The Bel-Air community will recall the 779 Stradella Road habitual party house saga that forced impacted residents to take Jeffrey Yohai to court for an injunction. The Injuction was necessary due to Mr. Yohai’s lies during neighborhood outreach and because LAPD and LADOT’s Parking Enforcement could not, in the opinion of those impacted residents, enforce order. As a result of fraud and other scamming charges, the community will be pleased to hear that Jeffrey Yohai has been sentenced to nine years in prison.
