Party promoter gets reality check and cancels his event

The Bel-Air Association was recently made aware of a promoter advertising a 400+ person “Bel-Air Mansion Party” on Stradella with a full open paid bar and no parking accommodations—a total disaster in the making.

The BAA and its leaders immediately contacted the promoters, property owner, and City enforcement agencies letting them know Bel-Air would not tolerate such an event that would put its residents in danger and would be disruptive to our community. We made clear that all legal remedies would be used to prevent the event from occuring, including going to court to enjoin it.

Today the promoter canceled the house party, due to fear of litigation. See the promoter's response by visiting (https://mansiontakeover.com). Simply put — we will not tolerate party houses in Bel-Air.

This is the outcome of an effective community organization advocating for the rights of its residents; one of the many things the BAA does for our area.

Thank you to our partners at the City who assisted us, and the community for supporting us.
