2025 Membership Dues For 2 Properties (auto-renew annually)

from $1,100.00 every 12 months

The annual cost of joining the Bel-Air Association is $550 per membership. For two (2) properties you will be charged $1100/year.

BAA Membership will auto-renew one year from the date you pay your dues. You may cancel at any time. Please make sure cancellations are made before the auto-renewal date to avoid being charged. Refunds will not be given.
