Former owner of habitual party house at 779 Stradella may face 15-year sentence

As many residents are aware, Jeffrey Yohai initially promoted the property as a “sober living” home and also listed the house for events on AirBnb. Several impacted residents bonded together with the support of the BAA and the Bel-Air Homeowners Alliance that resulted in a successful acquisition of an injunction by the Court against Yohai.
